Volerian's vision for the future was inspired by brilliant inventors, engineers and scientists and also sci-fi writers, artists and designers, through their movies, books, TV shows, cartoons, anime and art.

Technically great transport is deeply important to us, but it should look great too.

We added this section of our website to showcase the artistic side of what our technology might look like and to see what others would like our aircraft to look like.

VTOL headlights by James Rotherham

An idea for the headlights of the Volerian two person VTOL. Light strips each have a different angle and adjustable intensity so the direction of the lights can be controlled independently of the vehicle orientation without any moving parts (a bit like phased array radar!). They follow the contours of the fuselage, and have a chrome trim, which looks pretty elegant.

Volerian eagle

A hood ornament for the WIG craft. This idea is a homage to the brilliant Preston Tucker and his 'Tucker Torpedo' car.

Fan control

Minimalist concept for the fan front with logo and motor dial. Chrome parts against charcoal grey looks striking and the grey also creates a contrast that emphasizes the slim white shell.
